Jan has 20+ years in venture capital and the travel industry with deep expertise in strategy, corporate development, and M&A. Since 2016, he has been Managing Partner at Ennea Capital Partners, focusing on travel and mobility. Previously, he was Managing Director at KAYAK Europe and held roles at Howzat Partners, Kaizen VC, and TruVenturo, helping build leading technology investment and advisory businesses in Europe.
Simon is a versatile financial advisor with several years of experience in travel and M&A. Joining Ennea Capital Partners in 2019 as a Partner, Simon led several successful M&A and fundraising transactions in the travel industry. Prior to Ennea, Simon worked for a Munich-based family office. Before that, he worked on different projects in the travel industry and in sports marketing & consulting.
Andreas is a 20+ year travel industry veteran with senior roles at TUI, Expedia, and Awaze. At Expedia, he was Managing Director EMEA, overseeing P&L and growth, and at Awaze he led strategy and brand integration. He is passionate about travel technology, supporting startups in growth and mature companies in digital transformation. Andreas also serves as NED at Holibob and advisor to Travel-AI.
Sven is a travel industry executive with 20+ years across online travel, mobility, distribution, and M&A. Senior leadership roles at HolidayCheck, weg.de, and Billiger-Mietwagen / CamperDays, and built a B2C travel portfolio at ProSiebenSat.1. Most recently CEO of FLOYT Mobility. Deep expertise in leisure travel, mobility, M&A, portfolio investments, and B2C marketplaces.
Maurice has 10+ years in the travel and leisure industry. He built the golf travel department at Hotelplan Suisse, Switzerland's largest tour operator, led a travel & lifestyle consulting team at Ten Lifestyle Group in London, and co-founded an event agency in Zurich. MBA from HEC Paris and the Yale School of Management. Joined Ennea in 2022.

He served as CEO of TUI India, driving digitization and growth, and advised The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts after its acquisition by Brookfield. His career includes leadership at Yatra and Thomas Cook, with expertise in investment strategy, growth acceleration, and market competitiveness.
Dennis is a travel industry consultant with 20+ years in online travel, specialising in B2B sales, partnerships, and business development across hotels, vacation rentals, airlines, and travel tech. Senior roles at Booking.com, Vrbo (Expedia Group), Rakuten Travel Xchange (CCO), and Mystifly (CBO). Proven record of revenue growth and partnership expansion across EMEA and APAC.
Michael has 20+ years in travel, rising to C-level roles at TUI and Thomas Cook, where he was CEO for Central Europe. Since 2016, he has built a digital travel enterprise focused on personalised multi-stay holidays. Expertise spans leisure travel, digital growth strategies, and supporting M&A in tour operating and distribution.
Jeff has 20 years in M&A advisory, corporate strategy and global business creation, with deep expertise in travel & travel-tech, OTAs, e-commerce, tokenization and new-energy. Jeff develops APAC business opportunities for global enterprises and helps Chinese and other APAC companies expand globally. Strong network with Trip.com, Philips, Siemens, Nokia, and government entities including InvestHK and tourism boards. He co-founded and led the agency chain Reiseland and later held senior leadership roles at Otto Freizeit & Touristik, DerTouristik, and FTI Touristik, where he served as Group MD, CEO, and Vice Chairman. Expertise spans organisational development, transformation, digitalisation, product and destination management, supported by an exceptional industry network.
Stefan has 30+ years in travel. Senior roles at ITS, Ltur, and Dertour, overseeing contracting, destination management, and revenue management. From 2008–2018, MD at TUI, leading the integration of Hotelbeds and consolidating three brands. Since 2018, CEO in Peru, integrating Nuevo Mundo Viajes and Condor Travel under Expertia Travel Holding, while remaining active as a Board Member.
Lisa is a seasoned professional with 15+ years in strategy, corporate development, and M&A. As SVP of Corporate Development at Etraveli Group, she leads strategy, M&A, and partnerships for the global flight platform backed by CVC Capital Partners. She is also an angel investor, startup mentor, and member of the Hellenic Business Angel Network. Boards include the upcoming role at Nezasa.
Sven has spent his career in corporate and entrepreneurial finance and as a private investor before co-founding Ennea Invest GmbH. As professor for travel management at Munich University of Applied Sciences, he focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation.
Tobias began his career in tour operating, chartering flights and purchasing hotel capacity. Around 2000, he built a new TO for a German OTA, introducing an internet-based just-in-time purchasing process. In 2004, he co-founded vtours, which became a Top 10 German package TO before its successful exit in 2019. Since 2013, he has invested in travel retail, web services, and tourism insurance, while founding CPTW to manage projects and advise companies.
